Love our Trax! It was time to turn in or Cruze. Steve Rettig helped us decide on a 2019 Trax. He helped us with our new lease so we could make reasonable payments It was time to turn in or Cruze. My only concern is that it may be difficult to keep the mileage low as I love driving it so much. Steve patiently helped me during several visits until we found the right car at the right price at the right time. Always love visiting. Friendly staff knowledgeable and friendly. Steve was great! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! I've taken my vehicle to Champion for several years for service and never experienced poor customer service until recently. One of the re dealership! I've taken my vehicle to Champion for several years for service and never experienced poor customer service until recently. One of the reasons I took my vehicle in was to get the heating and air fixed, but the heating system is still malfunctioning. The other reason was to have my stereo repaired. The heating repair was completed, but Jeff in the Service Dept. needed to contact someone else about the repair or replacement of the stereo the next morning. He told me he would call me after he made the contact. I was supposed to receive a call about the repair or replacement of my stereo and didn't receive it and was told when I called to check on the status of the repair or replacement, that I had authorized the replacement of the stereo. (It was noted on my invoice for the stereo repair that I had changed my mind after authorizing the stereo replacement.) I received several prices for service ($160 to repair the heating, $676 to repair or replace the stereo). When I arrived at the delearship to pick up my vehicle, I was told that the total cost was $262 (for the heating repair and to remove the stereo to get the tag number). I couldn't speak to Jeff because he was either at lunch or in court according to the service tech who assisted me (he called Jeff and texted him while I waited). I finally asked to speak to Jeff's manager. The final cost of the heating repair was $132 (after I asked to speak to the manager). I'm going to have to take my vehicle somewhere else to have it repaired More
What was done is great / courtesy vehicle was great I brought my 2017 gmc Denali in for a few differant things it took a few days which was expected I’m a very busy person like most people so I gave a I brought my 2017 gmc Denali in for a few differant things it took a few days which was expected I’m a very busy person like most people so I gave a list of things to be addressed left the vehicle and got a call a few days later saying my vehicle was finished when I picked it up only the recall was addressed I was very disappointed I didn’t say a thing because I didn’t want to upset anyone in fear the other problems wouldn’t be takes care of under warranty I brought my truck to champion because it’s more convenient than stoops but I will take it there as soon as they can do get it in stoops has always taken care of all my concerns was only done out of convenience. More

He pointed out the positives of Chevrolet vehicles but did not bash other manufacturers which I appreciated. When I need to buy another vehicle, I will most definitely head back to Champion. Shay Foley was helpful in explaining service plans in layman's terms so my wife and I could understand our decision. More

Ended up selling back to GM and purchasing a new Blazer. I cant think of many dealers that worked this hard to make this right even though it was not their problem, it was manufacture issue.
