Unfortunately for the last year or 2 our Chevy su My wife have bought and sold numerous vehicles from this dealer, and have been using them for years. Unfortunately for the last year or 2 our Chevy suburban has needed much work. The loaner cars we were told are for vehicles in warranty even though your service dept needed to keep our vehicle extensive amount of days. My last Oil change on a new silverado this past month was again a disaster there. I scheduled the maint. online again, and when showed up they had No record of appt. I was told it would be quick. 2 hours later i was still waiting, absurd to say the least for just an oil change. That is not a 1 time issue either. Service department has rapidly deteriorated. I will be changing my dealership for service, and refuse to return. Many conversations with your team members, about wait times, and past issues have led to my decision. Chris More

UPDATE* The next day Mike called me and was very concerned about my experience and sincere about his apology in the situation. Mike asked if I would be willing to come sit with him, absolutely. Mike and Mack took their time to seriously look at different options and scenerios that would be mutually beneficial. In the end, a deal was struck that involved both parties giving a little on each end. A very fair deal. Very open, honest and transparent transaction. It would have been a perfect experience if this is how it would have happened upon my first visit. So I gave them a one star review. I say this second visit is a five. Average between the two is a 3. What tips the scale is Mack. From the first handshake at the first visit to the departing handshake on the second visit, Mack was an upmost professional. He stayed on point, personable and collected.
