Bumper to bumper doesn't mean everything between the bumpers I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Silverado. The headlights had fog on the inside of the assembly when I test drove it. I was assured that woul I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Silverado. The headlights had fog on the inside of the assembly when I test drove it. I was assured that would be taken care of by the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I brought it in for service and they didn't want to replace it, I was told it was normal. They said if they were fogged for more than three days, then they could do something. I had pictures for six days straight of fogged lenses and they denied it again. Last I checked, the headlights were between the bumpers. Color me disappointed. Love the truck, not happy with the service I've received so far. More

He was very kind and did not make me feel pressured at all. He answered all of my questions and then gave me his personal number to call when I was ready to buy. From the get-go he told me he would be 100% honest with me, and he definitely was. He even tried to convince me out of the more expensive vehicle because he respected my budget (more than I did haha.) I am so glad that he was the salesman who helped me pick out my dream vehicle, and I appreciate his patience as I had a 2 year old attached to my hip the entire time! Also want to give a shoutout to Shay for helping me choose the best coverage for my vehicle without pressuring me to spend more than I felt necessary!
