6 1/2 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and in Dropped car off at 10am for scheduled appointment and my wife drove me home. At 2:30pm, I called to find out why I hadn't heard anything and was told Dropped car off at 10am for scheduled appointment and my wife drove me home. At 2:30pm, I called to find out why I hadn't heard anything and was told that the car was just NOW being sent in to be worked on. I was told that it was handled differently because of my expressed concern to make sure it was roadworthy - which I did express. But tell me that it's going to take 6 1/2 hours instead of leaving me in the dark!!! More

Excellent service and follow up I came in to get oil changed without an appointment. Brooks told me it would be about 90 mins to 2 hours. I left vehicle and went across the street fo I came in to get oil changed without an appointment. Brooks told me it would be about 90 mins to 2 hours. I left vehicle and went across the street for lunch. Brooks called after about an hour and 25 minutes to let me know it was finished. She followed up with me the next day to make sure all was good and to see if I had any questions. I was impressed with how well I was treated throughout the entire experience. More
