The vehicle was waiting for me with my name on it when I arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. Spent a bit of time waiting, total time took nearly 3 hours for a trade-in & cash transaction (no financi arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. Only improvement I can think of would be fully charging the electric vehicle before handing it off. More
