Although he normally works with commercial fleets, he gave us his full attention and was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and the Traverse, the two vehicles we were interested in. He answered a series of questions in a pleasant and thorough manner. He gave us the opportunity to go home and think about the vehicles and even asked when it would be a good time to get back to us--not a pushy person at all. He allowed us to drive both vehicles and talked to us about our budget. Aaron Glaze followed up with the monetary end of the transaction. He was very good about explaining warranty options, and went an extra mile to help us verify that the warranty could work for us as we desired. His manager, Mike Mills, was also helpful with this process. Mike did introduce himself the last day we were at Champion to be sure we were satisfied. More

VERY Easy to work with Car shopping began just as the pandemic hit, so even though I found a car for my wife, we weren't ready to venture out for test driving and all that g Car shopping began just as the pandemic hit, so even though I found a car for my wife, we weren't ready to venture out for test driving and all that goes into the car buying process. The good news is I found another and work with Steve Rettig who never pushed or pressured us to make a decision. It took us a while (week) to finally get the test drive, mechanic check and purchasing done but it was worth the wait. Nice vehicle, reasonable price and patient sales staff.
