Overall a good experience. Be aware that they force you to buy "Vehicle Theft Protection" for $300 as it's "installed on all cars they have and can't be removed". I think it's ridiculous that dealers stil to buy "Vehicle Theft Protection" for $300 as it's "installed on all cars they have and can't be removed". I think it's ridiculous that dealers still do this in 2020. It feels like a scam that is added in at the last minute and is a small enough amount that you won't walk and go to another dealer. More

Bought a used car and was not told that there was no warranty until after I signed the paperwork. Was promised that all lights on dash would go away before I took car home and I picked car up with a lig warranty until after I signed the paperwork. Was promised that all lights on dash would go away before I took car home and I picked car up with a light still illuminated. Salesman informed me that that's normal for a VW. I had someone from your service dept that I'm friends with come to my house and look at the car and found that the reason the light on the dash is on is because the turn signal light is out on the mirror. This is not normal for a VW and should've been fixed like promised before I took car home. After 2 weeks of having car I'm already having issues with it and havent been able to get it in to have it looked at due to financial reasons. I will never buy another used car from Champion! More

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I met with Chase McCullough and he was wonderful. He was very attentive and after I had told him what I was for he showed me a car that was an amazing match for Chase McCullough and he was wonderful. He was very attentive and after I had told him what I was for he showed me a car that was an amazing match for me. He was always very nice and never once judged me for my situation I was in. And then I met with Shay and he was incredible. So very nice and extremely understanding of what I was going through. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Aaron and I can honestly say he was great. He helped explained everything financially to me and he helped me to further understand all of the paperwork I was signing. All in all my experience was truly amazing and I will forever recommend Champion Chevrolet of Avon two everyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. More

We had been shopping for SUV and decided to go to Champion Chevrolet. They did not disappoint. Our salesman was Steve Rettig. We test drove 5 SUV's. Steve was very helpful and patient with us as we r Champion Chevrolet. They did not disappoint. Our salesman was Steve Rettig. We test drove 5 SUV's. Steve was very helpful and patient with us as we ran him around the lot on very hot day. We did end up buying one and Steve sat in the car and explained all the options on the car.
