I purchased the truck late Saturday. The man that helped me was great. The Finace guy was also great. They told to come back to get the car derailed since they were closed. So I did. After I waited 1 jr and 30 mins they brought it back and nothing was done except a car wash. They sent it back to the detail shop brought it back and was still not detailed. After already being there for 2 hours at this point . I just went and did it my myself. More

Overall, it was pretty average. The deal was easy and pretty good, but that’s where service stopped. I hate to say that, but the truck I bought went back for detail, and the retailers threw away the manual and the card that had the code for the door keypad locks. I didn’t notice until after I got home. I called the dealer, but it was already in the trash and gone. They tried to order a new manual, but only ordered the supplemental books, so pretty pointless. And when i bought the truck, they sent me out on an empty tank of gas. I had to drive immediately to a gas station. I’ve never bought a car from a dealer and was sent out with an empty tank. Overall, it was ok. They didn’t do anything to keep my business, but didn’t do anything to turn me off either. More
