The vehicle was waiting for me with my name on it when I arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. Spent a bit of time waiting, total time took nearly 3 hours for a trade-in & cash transaction (no financi arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. Only improvement I can think of would be fully charging the electric vehicle before handing it off. More

I realized that I overdue for an oil change/tire rotation as well as a transmission flush on our Traverse. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department found a way to work me into their schedule t as well as a transmission flush on our Traverse. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department found a way to work me into their schedule the same day I called. Was also pleased to have a ride back home after leaving my vehicle for the service (thank you Gary). The service department kept me posted on the status of the work from beginning to end and offered to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to pick up the car. THANK YOU! More
