This is my second vehicle from Champion in four years and the third from Ellen Fields in twelve years. Ellen is the reason I changed to Champion to buy my vehicles and I am very glad I did. The overall experience at Champion is absolutely great. They do what is takes to make the purchase not stressful. Tim Copenhaver was good to work with on coming to a fair price on my purchases. Overall the whole purchase process was painless and I feel like they did my wife and me a good deal. The service department is a great bunch to work with on anything. ALL the service managers are great to work with and explain all items to you before they start the work. The mechanics do good quality work in a timely manner. Tim has created a program to earn dollars to be spent in the service department upon any work being done to any vehicle. This program has saved me several of hard earned dollars. Champion makes you feel like one of the family every time I step on the lot. I highly recommend going and talking to them and see what you think. More

This was my first experience with purchasing a car from Champion Chevrolet. I came to this dealership because I knew Brian Wilder. I knew that he had previously worked in Morristown. Our church purchased a van from him & we've been very pleased with it. My brother has purchased 2 vehicles from Brian which was a good recommendation for me. I came to Champion first, talked with Brian, drove a car-it was a good experience. However, I wanted to look at other cars. I did so but then returned to Champion. Brian worked with me to find a car that I wanted at an affordable price. He, and the finance manager Lynn, were able to offer a better rate of interest for my loan. I was introduced to the service department manager, Shane Monroe, who welcomed me to his department and explained policies. Brian had already explained service procedures. I was glad to know that I wouldn't always need an appointment and that I could use a loaner car if needed. I was treated in a very professional manner. Any questions were answered patiently. I was really on "overload" with information concerning this new vehicle. It has many more "bells & whistles" than my other car. I'm so pleased with my new car, all that it has, especially the safety factors. I look forward for a great driving experience. More

I will recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. The dealership has hours that anyone can have time after work to find a vehicle that they were looking for and purchase at the same time. I never felt rushed or unimportant to any of the sales staff while I was shopping on the lot for the perfect vehicle I was needing and wanted. I will return to this dealership for any further vehicle I'm shopping for. If they don't have exactly what your looking for, just ask a salesman and they will find it and get it on their lot. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had for a vehicle. I had been looking at cars here in North Carolina and hadn't found the one I wanted. I visited the Champion website and found just what I had been looking for. I sent an e-mail checking the price and Dav hadn't found the one I wanted. I visited the Champion website and found just what I had been looking for. I drove over on a Saturday morning to get the car. He had it cleaned and filled with gas waiting for me. I love the car. Great dealership and people to work with.
