The staff at Champion are the best!!!! Everything was as they said it was. The deal was smooth and painless. I have purchased a vehicle in the past (a different brand) that the total transaction took over they said it was. The deal was smooth and painless. I have purchased a vehicle in the past (a different brand) that the total transaction took over 6 hours. With Champion I test drove the vehicle, made the deal, and filled out the paper work in less than 2 hours!!! WOW!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Champion. I have never felt more comfortable about buying an automobile. I was never under any pressure. I got a figure from David by e-mail. This was a great experiense for me and my family. Ellin was a great sales person to work with - she knows her stuff and is willing to help you find the best vehicle for your needs. I would definately buy from her again. Only a few problems - didn't get everything that was promised - next time I will double check the sign-off and not trust to word. Had to take the vehicle in 3 times for a total of over 10 hours costing me money through gas and time as I live so far from the dealer - and come to find out they say it was a loose wire? I would think there would be a little more tech behind the wheel? There was nothing about compensation for my costs even though this was under warranty! They did wash it one time for me because I had to wait so long. Overall, they seemed to do their best they knew how. More
