Ellin was a great sales person to work with - she knows her stuff and is willing to help you find the best vehicle for your needs. I would definately buy from her again. Only a few problems - didn't get her stuff and is willing to help you find the best vehicle for your needs. I would definately buy from her again. Only a few problems - didn't get everything that was promised - next time I will double check the sign-off and not trust to word. Had to take the vehicle in 3 times for a total of over 10 hours costing me money through gas and time as I live so far from the dealer - and come to find out they say it was a loose wire? I would think there would be a little more tech behind the wheel? There was nothing about compensation for my costs even though this was under warranty! They did wash it one time for me because I had to wait so long. Overall, they seemed to do their best they knew how. More
