Desmond did a great job of finding us a quality used car for our son and the team was able to get the pricing down to our budget. The car looked almost new once it was detailed and gone thru all of the ser for our son and the team was able to get the pricing down to our budget. The car looked almost new once it was detailed and gone thru all of the service checks. We feel really good about the purchase and finding a car that will last our son thru high school and college. Worked with Manny on the purchase of two new vehicles. Everyone at the dealership was professional and polite. Manny went out of his way to make sure the transactions were smooth. The service department is one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Why? I had my Cadillac Escalade towed to Champion Service dept. I knew what was wrong with the vehicle not start had the misfortune of dealing with. Why? I had my Cadillac Escalade towed to Champion Service dept. I knew what was wrong with the vehicle not starting and advised them that the wires were loose to the starter. Standard practice is $225,00 dollar diagnostic fee customers must sign before any work is done on vehicle. Knowing what was wrong, I signed it. The following day around 12pm I get a call from Service saying I needed a new starter and that it would be $1,500. I told them I'd be down to get the vehicle. Once there I had to wait an hour for the mechanic to return from lunch. I told the service rep. I would be back in an hour. When I returned the service rep was at lunch so I had to wait another hour for him to return. I asked to speak with mechanic and when I did I told him the starter was fine it just needed the wires reconnected. I was told again I needed a starter. Another 45min to get my vehicle pushed out of the service bay and get paperwork. Had to pay $225,00 for diagnosing the problem. Long story short, my husband got under the vehicle and moved the wire going to starter solenoid and it started right up in front of service rep and mechanic. What a waste of time and money. If they would have taken the time to reconnect the loose wire as they had the car in the air to tell me I needed a starter (which wasn't true). I would have at least got something for the $225. Instead like most of the shops around Reno, they just wanted money for nothing. I would strongly advise going somewhere else. More
