Courteous, efficient, affordable, and honest Mark in the service department was reliable with estimated repair time, price and easy to contact. He took his time to explain repairs, and products. I went on for a for diagnostics for a check engine light. I had previously taken my vehicle to an independent repair shop that kept my vehicle the entire day without calling with an update, charged more for their diagnosis, and was unable to identify the repair that needed to be made. Mark and his team called me with diagnosis within 2 hours, explained the problem, gave me a quote and then repaired my truck and had it ready for pick up within 3 hours. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop. More

Routine Service/Maintenance Went in for oil change and routine maintenance check and everyone was friendly, helpful and thorough. The only issue I have Is that my appointment wa Went in for oil change and routine maintenance check and everyone was friendly, helpful and thorough. The only issue I have Is that my appointment was at 1 pm, I arrived at approximately 12:30, but service was not completed until 3:30. This seemed like an inordinate length of time to complete the service. My previous visits have always been 2 hours or less. I will continue using Champion Chevrolet for my service visits because I trust that they know my vehicle better than an outside service and use the correct fluids, etc. More
