Car not delivered as promised. extra 24 for no reason Went in for a check engine light, recall fix and a smog check. Told car would be ready that same evening. At 5:00 pm get a call that they can’t do Went in for a check engine light, recall fix and a smog check. Told car would be ready that same evening. At 5:00 pm get a call that they can’t do the smog check. Mark, service rep, gives me two excuses, the smog tech is backed up and they reset the computer and need to drive the car. Mark service rep says he will call in the morning when ready. Mid-after next day I have to call him to get status. He says they are having issues getting car smogged and he will get back to me. I call back at 4pm, I’m 45 mins away and dealership closes at 5:30. Mark says they still have not smog checked the car. Tell him I’m coming in to get car anyway. Get to dealership get told they didn’t charge me for the smog. Wow, where you planning on changing me for work not done? Pay the $1,030 for the work they did and still have to go to a third party to get a GM car serviced. Lost a day, when car was kept overnight and no smog check preformed as promised . You would think they would know there cars well enough to know about driving it after a reset. More
