Do not wait for service, this is not Jiffy Lube Had an appointment for oil change and trans flush. Figured I would wait for vehicle since this is probably 30-45 minute job. 6 hours later I received Had an appointment for oil change and trans flush. Figured I would wait for vehicle since this is probably 30-45 minute job. 6 hours later I received the vehicle back with greasy hand prints all over it, a fluid cap left sitting under the hood on the radiator and the paper and plastic interior covers left in it. Not impressed at all, especially for what they charged. Employees nice but they need to improve service process. More

Always excellent service here normally. My truck has automatic extending running boards. When I opened the driver's door they did not automatically extend. I tried starting truck but the still did not w automatic extending running boards. When I opened the driver's door they did not automatically extend. I tried starting truck but the still did not work. At this point I noticed the computer plug under the dash had not been re plugged back in. I put it into the receiver and everything was back to normal. It's the little details that make a great service department. More

They said to bring it to dealership which automatically prepared us for an expensive bill. Champion detected a crack in the catalytic converter which was completely covered under warranty. Ordered the part for overnight delivery and had our vehicle back the next day at no charge. Not even a diagnostic fee. Couldn’t believe it!! This is the second time we’ve brought a vehicle in to them and always receive excellent service. More
