Several times during this visit I requested that my tires be inflated, but they never inflated the tires. The worst part is that they falsely told me that they had inflated them to 36 psi each but no they d be inflated, but they never inflated the tires. Purchased my dream truck - 2020 Silverado 2500 High Country Diesel short bed. I was hoping for a great experience as this is probably my last new truck purchase. Unfortunately, after all of the paperwork was completed, customer service was thrown out the window. This was the easiest sale a salesperson could ever ask for. The truck I wanted was on the lot with all but two extra items that needed to be ordered. We agreed on the price within minutes. Items were ordered and arrived when expected. I was given a date when I could pick up my new truck. This is where the customer service completely went away. The truck was not only not ready on the date that they promised, they hadn't even done anything with it. The original salesman (Jonathon) that I dealt with was now like a ghost. I left phone call messages for him on his person cell phone and at the office with no call back. After complaining to an office staff, I finally got a call back from his partner (Tim) on the morning that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. He said it would be ready the next day and they would deliver it to my house. Well, 5pm came around and no call, text, or anything from Jonathon or Tim. I called the dealership and found out they were off work that day. So, how was he supposed to deliver the vehicle to me? After more phone calls to the dealership, he finally called me back. Guess what, they still hadn't even installed the two items that I ordered on the truck yet! So, it was now going to be another day before it is ready. The Sales Manager called me the next morning. He pretty much just protected his salesman and didn't really see that anything was wrong. The truck was finally ready for pick up that next day at 3pm. The Sales Manager didn't even have the professional courtesy to meet with me, apologize for the inconvenience, or offer anything to make me a happier customer. The only cudo goes to Tim for spending an hour explaining everything there was to know about the truck. My hope is that their Service Department isn't as bad. This was a horrible purchasing experience, and they definitely won't get a "completely satisfied" rating that they begged for. More
