The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because, I took my car in for a recall and had them run a Diagnostics on my check engine light. It ends up that I had a bad Catalytic converter. Mark Hilderbrand worked car in for a recall and had them run a Diagnostics on my check engine light. It ends up that I had a bad Catalytic converter. Mark Hilderbrand worked really hard to get it covered under an extended warranty. At first it was covered then the next day it was denied, so that is always a let down when you are told it will be covered and then you have to pay for it. Mark put in the hours to try to get it covered and I could tell he was very sincere about the situation. More

The 2021 Trail Blazer is a real good vehicle with too many distractions of warnings of vehicles too close etc.Everyone be aware of the LO JACK system that is installed and you WILL pay extra $1,ooo dolla many distractions of warnings of vehicles too close etc.Everyone be aware of the LO JACK system that is installed and you WILL pay extra $1,ooo dollars for the system whether you need it or not.I registered the system and was told that it does not cover my area!!!!!!!
