Kept my truck for 5 days. No one looked at it. Couldn't find my name in their computer system when I returned in person for an update. Findly found my truck way back in the holding pen. We have taken my truck two times to get work done and they only did part of the work requested. We had an appt both times and they didnt get the job that they did do by the quoted time.
