The car Champion Chevrolet misled me into purchasing was transferred to the service department from the collision center to get nitrogen in the tires. I called three hours later to see they were finished w transferred to the service department from the collision center to get nitrogen in the tires. I called three hours later to see they were finished with the car. After finding the car, I was told it was ready. I went to get it, but they lost it a second time – over a half hour to find it again. Service advisers didn't even know it was in their shop. They pulled it out, but hadn't put in nitrogen. Because none of the service personnel present knew how to use the nitrogen machine, I had to return the next day when a salesman was able to figure out the machine. Lots of wasted time!! More

Kept my truck for 5 days. No one looked at it. Couldn't find my name in their computer system when I returned in person for an update. Findly found my truck way back in the holding pen.
