The day after purchasing a Buick from Champion Chevrolet, I found the tailgate had been replaced and is misaligned. I asked if the car had a clean Carfax before purchasing and I was told “Yes.” Kevin did not produce the Carfax, so either he didn't look at it before answering, or knew he had something to hide. The damage was noted on Carfax, but not on the GM CPO inspection he showed me. Had he only answered truthfully, I would had seen the damage and not purchased that particular car. Instead, I have wasted dozens of hours at the dealership getting stonewalled. More

The individual in financing department was also very pleasant and informative about my options and provided the pros and cons of those options instead of pushing for the higher payment options. The car Champion Chevrolet misled me into purchasing was transferred to the service department from the collision center to get nitrogen in the tires. I called three hours later to see they were finished with the car. After finding the car, I was told it was ready. I went to get it, but they lost it a second time – over a half hour to find it again. Service advisers didn't even know it was in their shop. They pulled it out, but hadn't put in nitrogen. Because none of the service personnel present knew how to use the nitrogen machine, I had to return the next day when a salesman was able to figure out the machine. Lots of wasted time!! More

I had our Tahoe in for normal service. Jay Fatino, service manager and John Andriola we great as usual. We also have a Chevy 2500 duramax silverado and a Chevy 1500 silverado.
