Twice my vehicle has not been completed on the same day for the minor services that were scheduled. The 1st time they didn’t even look at the truck the whole day, and I have dropped it off in the morning a for the minor services that were scheduled. The 1st time they didn’t even look at the truck the whole day, and I have dropped it off in the morning at the scheduled appointment time. It took 3 days to get my truck back, to find out it was a faulty sensor on my new 2021 truck. The 2nd visit was for an alignment , again morning appointment and not even looked at until late that afternoon. Tech hand adjusted the steering and not computer checked, was told no time to actually do the alignment. Told to drive home and see …. We’ll now it pulled the other direction. Took back next day and alignment was done, and truck given back to me . Get in the truck and drive just to notice it was pulling to the other direction again !! After I read the work order I noticed the tech says issue with tire…. They didn’t tell me this while they had the truck , they didn’t offer to check or fix the issue ! This is a brand new truck from this dealership , never worked on, and both times tried to do the return business thing and use their service dept ! More
I had the engine light on my 2015 duramax 2500. I stopped by to check with Jay Fatimo the service manager. He checked the code and the problem was a recall on the exhaust system. The Service Rep Chris did a fine job. That’s the good part…the management and scheduling of service sucked my truck was scheduled for service on Tuesday and the truck wasnt touched until That’s the good part…the management and scheduling of service sucked my truck was scheduled for service on Tuesday and the truck wasnt touched until Thursday afternoon, after done serious xxxxxxxx. The problem is too many orders and not enough people. A simple fix is to view the requests with the support and schedule accordingly, if the means a longer time so be it if the process is done timely and with quality. My opinion of managements operational qualities is well below average. More
I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and went in yesterday to find out how they would value my Tahoe on trade after low blue book being 30,000. We were told that they would give us 21,000. This is a slap in the face to a return loyal customer and I will never do business with champion again. This is not a way to treat people. Then after low balling us in person they had someone call my husband today and waste his time saying they would give us 30. Maybe you should try treating people with dignity and respect the first time. More
