After dropping my truck for a recall appointment that I did on Friday June 17 and Mr. Marvin Maradiaga call me around 3:30 the afternoon to tell me that he needs to keep my truck overnight which I didn’t h did on Friday June 17 and Mr. Marvin Maradiaga call me around 3:30 the afternoon to tell me that he needs to keep my truck overnight which I didn’t had other option because I came from another state and was the only transportation at the day for me, he said that my truck will be done around noon Saturday and didn’t tell me that dealer service department is is close on Saturdays, I call him Saturday past noon and didn’t get answer finally I was able to contact Darrell sales manager and told him what was going on, with all this said and things I haven’t mention like no ride to get my truck and call from someone that my truck was ready…nothing..absolutely poor customer service from Mr. Maradiaga. Please let it be known!!! Not a happy customer More

My overall rating is just Average for the Recall service completed on my vehicle. The service writer John seemed rushed and in my opinion did not complete the paperwork properly. I requested a repair comple completed on my vehicle. The service writer John seemed rushed and in my opinion did not complete the paperwork properly. I requested a repair completed by Champion Chevrolet a few years back to be repaired again due to the tear in the seat returning. My vehicle is a 2015 with less than 35000 miles. I have other vehicles older with many more miles that do not have tears in the seats. I feel that this is a defect in seat. I am requesting to know how the seat tear was repaired previously. The shuttle driver, Chuck, was a jem. I would give him the best possible score. Chuck was able to have open dialog discussion on all topics. He drove very safely and was knowledgeable of the area. Receipt of the vehicle would receive the lowest possible score. I never received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at 430 pm to check on the progress of the repair. My service writer was not available due to a meeting. A gentleman did provide assistance and stated that the vehicle was ready. He located the vehicle and brought the vehicle from the service area for my receipt. The vehicle did not receive the courtesy wash that I have always received. There was also a piece of the rear view mirror detached. The delivery driver was able to attach the part successfully for now. This is bothersome to me because what else may not be properly installed during the recall repair. More
