Talked to Frank Casey, Service mgr about an engine warning light that had illuminated in my 2017 Chevy Volt. He recommended having it towed to the dealership. He called back the next day to report th warning light that had illuminated in my 2017 Chevy Volt. He recommended having it towed to the dealership. He called back the next day to report that his tech had resolved the issue with a software fix and there was no charge as the Extended Warranty for that issue was still in effect. Appreciate the concerted attention by Frank Casey and the expertise of his tech in quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it! More

I had to have my car towed from this dealership after they failed to order parts and perform service after 2 weeks. I do not recommend trusting your business with champion Chevrolet and specifically serv they failed to order parts and perform service after 2 weeks. I do not recommend trusting your business with champion Chevrolet and specifically service advisor Marvin Maradiaga. I limped my vehicle over with a bad engine when Marvin verified with the parts department he could get me a new GM engine. I signed paperwork. I offered to put down a deposit. I told Marvin I would only accept GM parts with a GM warranty. 2 weeks go by of no communication. Marvin tried to pass off this engine as having the same warranty as GM but the warranty wouldn't cover full labor costs and the burden of proving the engine failed would be on me. The only reason I chose champion Chevrolet was because they said they could get me a new GM engine for thousands less than the dealer across the street which proved to be a lie. After this fiasco I had to find and rebuild a used engine, which took many months and time. When I had to tow my car from this dealer Marvin Maradiaga said he didn't have "the man power" to assist with loading the car on a tow truck. A nice young man who worked at the dealer helped the tow truck driver and I load the van after he saw us struggling. So I guess Marvin personally did not have the man power... More
