I paid over $200 out of pocket to diagnose a leak. When I took the truck back to be re-inspected. They discovered it was covered under warranty. I was told by management they weren't sure why I was ch When I took the truck back to be re-inspected. They discovered it was covered under warranty. I was told by management they weren't sure why I was charged originally with no discussion for reimbursement. The dealership then proceeded to tell me the 5 1/2 hour fix under warranty would cost an extra 6 hours of customer pay due to the truck having a lift kit. The dealer who is now fixing the truck for the 5 1/2 hours warranty says it should take says the lift actually makes the repair easier, not harder. Sounds like double dipping to me. Still haven't heard back from this dealership about any resolution. Needless to say, I won't be doing any business here again. More
