Dealership did not address the problem. They laughed at me when I requested to do a test drive and show them/demonstrate to them problem. The original transmission problem I went to them for is not resolved. I will not recommend them to anyone nor return to this location. I will definitely go to Carson City an hour away before dealing with these people again. Extremely poor service. More

The service was solid for my first time bringing my Chevy 3500 in for a check engine light. I was able to work in the lobby with a workspace, surge protector and wifi. I was also able to get dropped off wi 3500 in for a check engine light. I was able to work in the lobby with a workspace, surge protector and wifi. I was also able to get dropped off with their shuttle service and picked up the next day as the diagnostics needed to be run overnight. I am glad it was a software update and the thorough inspection did not show any issues with my truck. Thank you again for keeping me informed and taking care of this quality truck. More

Worst all around experience. They make promises they refuse to keep. Don't trust a single thing they say. Vehicle was missing chips when they sold it, with a promise from the dealer they would help get them. 7 months later, several phone calls, and now they inform me they cannot help with the process. Purchased the extended warranty with another promise I could cancel at any time up until the day I start using it, then get a pro-rated refund, and that too was a lie. Needed a simple button repair performed for a button that sticks and does not reset. Took me following up with them to find out they had the item to repair it and didn't bother calling for about 5 weeks. The best way to find out the truth from them is to call and talk to different people in different departments, asking the same exact question. The truth will come out eventually. Don't waste your time or money here, especially if you expect people to be hold true to their word. More
