Nina was a great help and very friendly. The service repair was quick and the process was easy. The only complaint is that the dealership no longer offers a courtesy car instead they have a The service repair was quick and the process was easy. The only complaint is that the dealership no longer offers a courtesy car instead they have a shuttle bus. Living 30 mins away a courtesy car would have been a better option for our needs. I would still recommend Kingsport Champion Chevrolet to anyone needing their vehicle services. More
