Jon was amazing. I was ready to buy. Fm Jim was a total jerk. He told 3 lies while we were talking and I had to encounter an expense I shouldn't had to. I have been doing business with courtesy chev-cadillac for many years. Sometimes they would not offer me what I thought my car/truck was worth so I went out of town to trade.Now I will no longer trade ou for many years. Sometimes they would not offer me what I thought my car/truck was worth so I went out of town to trade.Now I will no longer trade out-of-town due to a recent experience with Courtesy Chev/Cadillac.The car I purchased was in top condition except for the brakes,which I did not discover until I had driven about 400 miles.A month after i bought the car I went back to talk to my salesman about the problem,he in turn talked to the SALES MANAGER and he decided the Dealership would( pay all costs) involved in the repair job. The Dealership was under no responsibility to do this work. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at COURTESY did an excellent jobon my brakes (replaced roters&pads),plus the service people were very good at their jobs plus very friendly.I can't thank all involved at Courtest for their help on this matter. I WILL DEFINATELY TRADE WITH THEM AGAIN More
I would not buy anything from this Dealer. the reason is who every the used car manage is dose not or will not allow book value for My trade in. My car is value at 7800.00 and would only allow 6500.00 not e who every the used car manage is dose not or will not allow book value for My trade in. I know the car business I to was car salesman and know in the ends and out. So this manager is not a manager he is someone that think he can screw over a buyer and not wanting the saleman to sale a car. I would not buy from this dealer. If you do run away from the offer because you may save even more money by going out of state and buy your used car. I when to NC and got deal and a haft buying the same model of car but I was able to move up two years for the same price that I was trying to buy. Courtesy Chevrolet used car was a 1999 model I was able to move up to a 2001 model that was price 16,500.00. The dealer never price there car on there web site a person had to call and get the price. they knew there car was over price. More
