I was extremely surprised when I saw the sign announcing a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over. It is a ridiculous and a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over. It is a ridiculous and petty charge from a business of your size. We have been customers of Courtesy for 40 years, but this makes me wonder your loyalty to your customers. More

Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to get the deal done. He helped move my toolbox over into the new truck and I know it weighed a ton! The finance guy was quick and prepare and beyond to get the deal done. He helped move my toolbox over into the new truck and I know it weighed a ton!
