Tried to buy tires for my truck. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I called on Wednesday, was told the tires I wanted were at the warehouse and should be there Thursday. I got a text Thursday saying that “service was complete”. I called an asked if the tires had came in. I was told “no, that means they were ordered”. So, now I’m thinking they will be there Friday… no call. By Monday, I had received two texts and five emails… FIVE! One email had my receipt where I had to pay just to get the tires ordered. Three other emails were surveys asking me to rate the service performed… a bit premature, don’t you think?! Monday morning I still had not heard anything, so I called. I got the worst runaround in my life… I talked to at least five different people, not one knowing anything about my order. After the third call, I asked to speak to the service manager. Of course, he was “not available”. A woman said she would give him the message and he would call me back. After another hour he had not returned my call. This isa no-no for me… to have a dissatisfied customer ask to speak to the manager, and he cannot do his job of even returning a phone call. I called another store, ordered my tires without having to pay a deposit. I will NEVER do business with your dealership/garage again. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it comes with a complimentary inspection. With in 50 miles of leaving the dealership the brakes started squealing I call and they said if I would leave truck with a complimentary inspection. With in 50 miles of leaving the dealership the brakes started squealing I call and they said if I would leave truck there 2 days they would try to work it in the advisor showed no concern that they miss the brakes on the inspection or seem to care I emailed the service manager and I got a "form letter" answer were trying to come up with a way to track the inspection and he had no record of the inspection. I'll tell you when it was Coutersy Chevrolet I gotvan inspection sheet and an explanation every time. I had to take it to Firestone auto care to get it looked at at the brakes were bad enough to require rotors and they were groved so deep they had to be replaced. I was getting ready for a long road trip with family and this problem they didn't see could have caused a serious accident. I had to email the president and vice president which I got a message from the vice president saying he had taken care of it and that he would like to give me a complimentary oil change. Unsure if I trust them to service my truck again if they are so careless as to miss the brakes being worn out and not say anything. More
