I was extremely surprised when I saw the sign announcing a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over. It is a ridiculous and a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over.
