Nina Mallory at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. Appointment was at 8am. I had called at 11am with her being unknowledgable of my vehicle. Pickup of vehicle left more wrong than when it we and rude. Appointment was at 8am. I had called at 11am with her being unknowledgable of my vehicle.
