Pretty nice place. Very accommodating waiting room. But 2½ hours for a oil change and tire rotation seemed a bit of a stretch. Had TV's in the waiting room but they was Very accommodating waiting room. But 2½ hours for a oil change and tire rotation seemed a bit of a stretch. Had TV's in the waiting room but they was not on, so needless to say 2 ½ hours went by slow. What could they possibly be doing that long? I made my appointment at opening (8 o'clock) just so I could get in and out quickly and that just did not happen at all. Was pleased with basically everything except for being there for so long for maybe a 45 minute job. More

You all fixed my warranty issue with the switch in a timely manner. The body shop looked at the damage caused by the faulty switch and said they would contact the service department and get the warranty timely manner.
