I was told that they were going to take care of a recall and then I checked out and left and read on the paperwork which said that customer said that they would come back for the recall work to be finished and then I checked out and left and read on the paperwork which said that customer said that they would come back for the recall work to be finished - I never said that and they never verbally informed me that the recall was not handled. Nina was a great help and very friendly. The service repair was quick and the process was easy. The only complaint is that the dealership no longer offers a courtesy car instead they have a The service repair was quick and the process was easy. The only complaint is that the dealership no longer offers a courtesy car instead they have a shuttle bus. Living 30 mins away a courtesy car would have been a better option for our needs. I would still recommend Kingsport Champion Chevrolet to anyone needing their vehicle services. More
