We went into this dealer looking for a new SUV. We test drove 2 different units I made my choice, and Ashley immediately got online to find a unit that met my qualifications. Did not appreciate the $299 Theft Guard. If this is such a great program why wait until the deal is almost complete before explaining the additional cost. For me it was not the cost it was just old ttime car selling where additional cost is slipped into the deal. In the end the deal was done, but I was not happy how we got to the end. More
