Responds time I called earlier this week to schedule an appointment for my new traverse to have an oil change. Overcharged, underserviced. A replaceable plastic grommet broke in the shift linkage. It is accessable under the hood and easily replaced with the cheap plastic insert. Instead, this dealership removed the dash, sterring wheel, and took out the whole linkage assembley and replaced it all, costing me hundreds of dollars extra for unnecessary time, work and parts. They also charged a $28 dollar "enviornmental fee" the service manager said was for rags and disposal. They also returned the car in filthy condition. Give me a break! More
