He was very knowledgeable and made the process hassle-free from the initial scheduling to checking out. I couldn't believe how efficient the services department was. I am use to waiting hours for my car to be ready at other places. The complementary car wash at the end was a bonus! I will certainly be coming back to Champion in the near future. It is definitely worth the commute all the way from Ann Arbor. More
