Deceptive sales person! I call Champion GMC/Buick Looking for a Sierra 1500. My sales girl Karen told me they had a 2018 for 43,000. That was close in price to what I was I call Champion GMC/Buick Looking for a Sierra 1500. My sales girl Karen told me they had a 2018 for 43,000. That was close in price to what I was looking for so I went right over to the dealership to look at the car she told me to speak with the sales manager Brad. I asked for Brad and was then given Tom Who in turn gave me the door greeter girl to show me the vehicle. I looked over the car it was what I was looking for I went inside to work a deal with Tom Who interned up the price by $4000 and told me that I had to be a GM employee to get the price that was quoted to me over the phone. I was never asked if I was the GM employee by Karen. I am very disappointed in the way the dealership handled the potential sale. I called the dealership to voice my concerns and was sent right to voicemail. Brad the sales manager did call me back and apologized to me for the confusion and explained to me that it spelled out on the Internet. I called the dealership I did not use the Internet to contact them he was unable to meet the price I was quoted and you can explain to me I needed to be in employee of GM. I am very disappointed in the practices from this dealership. I will never deal with that dealership again. More
