So, our salesman Brandon allowed us to tow our camper with the truck we were wanting to purchase. The truck pulled the camper with no problem. Once the price was agreed on....finishing the paper work took less than 1/2 hour. He was in constant communication for about 6 days after the purchase to ensure that things were going ok. Great staff Sales staff very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I also interacted with the Sales Manager and the Sales Consultant. All the staff very good. Only reason I was not totally happy was because I still think I paid a bit more than I should for a Chrysler minivan since sales manager was not totally flexible in moving the price a bit lower. I decided to make the purchase anyway because of the 0% APR for 84 months promotion from Chrysler otherwise I'd not have bought it. Having said, the sales staff Eric was great and the loan/paperwork was done very quickly and conveniently. I'd definitely would go back there for another purchase (but would negotiate the price a bit harder). More
