Easy, hassle-free purchase We worked with Jeff Sidell over a period of about 2 weeks and ended up purchasing a new Wrangler Sport. During our initial visits we weren't sure which vehicle we were wanting and started out looking at the Jeep Cherokee, then the Grand Cherokee, then finally the Wrangler. The Jeep we wanted (color, extras) was not on the lot so they put forth the effort to find the one we wanted and then had to get it to Champaign! It was here within two days! Jeff was extremely patient with us and all of our questions. We had never owned a Jeep before and Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At no time did we ever feel pressured and his approach was very laid back yet very professional. If I had met Jeff outside of his work I think we would be friends. As long as Jeff is with Champaign Chrysler-Jeep-Ram, we will be repeat customers. Dave Nelson, the floor/sales manager, was also extremely easy to work with, very professional and friendly. Great Professional Experience!! I recently worked with Jeff Sidell on a used Acadia Denali they had on their lot. I am not much of a car guy so Jeff's expertise was very helpful. Jeff answered every question I had with detailed information and never put any pressure on me, which is the exact opposite experience that I have ever had with any other car salesman. In the end we ended up going a different route because my wife really wanted a Ford Explorer Sport, however, our experience with Jeff was so great that even though we did not end up buying a car from him I thought it was important to give him the praise he deserved for the professional way that he dealt with us. If I am ever in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge there is nobody I would buy it from other than Jeff. More

Great initial experience, frustrating overall outcome. My initial experience with this dealership was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My sales rep I worked with while looking for the car was fantastic. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Left with the exact vehicle I was looking for. I have had the vehicle going on 3 weeks now and I've run into a few situations that are rather frustrating. When I walked in the door I had already set up my finance through my credit union. While going through the process they informed me to save $500 I could do Chrysler finance. I responded no thanks. Then they followed with we can look around to see who we can get the best rate with or would you just like to stick with your credit union. I responded I would like to stick with my credit union. They seemed totally ok with that. Well, almost 2 weeks after I had my car I checked my credit report and they ran it 3 times! With 3 different banks! Not ok!!!! Next, I asked while filling out paperwork if this would be direct withdrawal. The man doing my paperwork asked me do you have an account with them, I responded yes. He followed with yea it should be. So why did I get a booklet in the mail 3 days ago to make my payments?!?!? Little frustrating since I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and the credit union. Since they messed up while filling out paperwork I now have to fill new paperwork out with the credit union! Good thing is I left with the exact vehicle I was looking for and absolutely love it! Other then that, very disappointed and frustrated! More
