The parts arrived quickly, and my new Jeep was in quickly for its upgrades. Service Department is a JOKE!!! Communication is horrible. Do not expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner. Definitely don't expect a loaner vehicle either. My wife and i got the run around for 2.5 weeks about how they didn't have any loaners available. Warranty work is impossible to get done! My tip is avoid the service center at all costs.
