He was very attentive to what I was looking for in a Jeep and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of features he knew I wasn't interested in. After only 3 mo though I totaled that Jeep. I went back to Cody and on the same day he and his crew located an almost exact duplicate of the Jeep I wrecked with a couple of upgrades I decided I wanted to add and had it on the lot waiting for me 5 days later. By the time we were ready to buy, they had exactly what we wanted sitting on the lot. They did right by us on the trade-in and selling price. A few months later, our Wrangler was totalled. They quickly found a replacement with the options we wanted, brought it in from out of state, and held it for us I until we settled with the insurance. They also worked with us get the loan we wanted. Champaign Chrysler is now our "go to" dealership for buying new Jeeps. More
