I had a terrible experience with Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram service department. I went into the service department because my car Check Engine Light came on and my brake pedal was stiff. They fi Jeep and Ram service department. I went into the service department because my car Check Engine Light came on and my brake pedal was stiff. They fixed the brake pedal issue without any issues. However the check engine light was a different story. They took three weeks on my car and still didn't fix the issue. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money on a repair that they have never done at their location. The agent (Andy) kept going back and forth with his explanation on the "Worst Case Scenario" theory. Which mean more money i had to fork over. I spent over two thousand dollars for the repair that didn't even fix the issue. So then, I went to my dealership and had to pay for the same repair plus more. Please beware of this dealership! Have a mechanic with you if you are dong repairs at this location. Beware!!!! More
I got into town on a Saturday and discovered my car was leaking coolant. Monday morning I had it towed to the dealership. I didn't have an appointment, but they thought they might get to it later that af leaking coolant. Monday morning I had it towed to the dealership. Much to my surprise and delight, I was told that the problem had been diagnosed, the parts were in stock and repairs would be started shortly. About 30 minutes later I received a call telling me that my car was ready. I immediately returned and picked up my car. As an added bonus, I was able to return my rental at the dealership. I was very happy with the speed and professionalism displayed by the service department. I did not purchase my car from them and was just some guy off the street with an automotive problem. More
My car broke down in Indianapolis on my way to Lexington, Illinois via Champaign. I had AAA tow it to Hendershot on a Saturday evening. When we arrived early Monday morning Randy Wright , the service advisor immediately started working on the problem. He kept us well informed of the problem, progress and potential cost and completion time. After ordering a part from Chicago, they promptly finished the job and got us on the road back to North Carolina. Randy was knowledgeable, friendly sensitive to our concerns. He is a great communicator. The cost ended up being significantly less than originally expected because a major part was not needed. Thank you Randy and crew! More

Will NEVER be doing business with them again and have made it my quarantine goal to leave this honest review on every page I can. More

Our online search for a certain type of preowned car led us to Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep and our sales rep, Devin Thompson, who made the remote buying experience an exceptional one. Devin took care of us from the moment we sent a request for information and was engaged throughout the entire process. He responded right away to questions, requests for additional photos, and made himself available by text, phone and email -- followed through with everything he said he would do and responded promptly. We definitely felt a trust with Devin and found him to be honest and sincere, which is important as we were essentially buying a car on photos and verbal descriptions. We flew from New Jersey to Champaign to complete the transaction. Devin made sure the car was parked inside the detail center, prepped and clean. The car was as represented. We found everyone else at the dealership also wonderful to deal with from the detail and service departments right up to the manager. Also, we were told that the title would come in the mail in about a week, but was delivered in 48 hours via FedEx--which was a wonderful way to finalize the entire experience.
