They were open and very informed about the car, answered all of our questions, and then took me for a test drive. I chose to look at a few other vehicles but no other car compared to the quality of the XKR they were selling. No pressure... just a great atmosphere. As far as finances and contracts go, that process is completely stress-free. Ken and his team run numbers prior to the paperwork and everything matches and there are never any questions or surprises when the final signatures are needed. The reason I keep going back to Ken Champagne and his auto dealership to buy my vehicles is because it's a great experience. I feel like I'm treated fairly, with respect and when I drive off their lot, I feel like I got the deal I was looking for. Not only did we settle on a deal 2 minutes after taking car for a test ride, they also bought us lunch. And when we came back, upon final inspection the service manager did not feel right without replacing brakes. Again an car dealer who treats people fairly and with respect. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal. PS I came 2 hrs away from Cape Cod to do the deal. More
