I will avoid Don Chamlers Ford moving forward. Took my truck in to have it's high pressure fuel pump replaced, along with vaccum lines and in the process they completely messed up my AC system, and also d truck in to have it's high pressure fuel pump replaced, along with vaccum lines and in the process they completely messed up my AC system, and also did not replace the vacuum lines that I paid for. They actually missed bolting the cab bolts onto the frame of the truck which could have led to a very unfortunate and life threatening issue. After speaking with their leadership team they fully back the poor craftsmanship of their staff and claim ZERO ownership of the issues caused. With the exception of their GM my attempts to have them reconsider were met with nothing but a total tone of indifference. This is NOT what the FORD experience should be. More
