After purchasing our used vehicle, we discovered a "clunking" noise from the rear of the vehicle. We took it into the Rio Rancho QuickLane, and spoke to James Cordova. We left the facility knowing our vehicle was in good hands. That afternoon, we recieved a call from Mr. Cordova explaining the issue with the vehicle, and that it was covered under our warranty! WOW!! He explained that parts did have to be ordered and promised our vehicle the next day, and as promised, he delivered again. Don Chalmers is very fortunate to have such an exemplary employee that goes above and beyond his job duties. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, and I've purchaced quite a few cars in the past 25 years. The salesman picked my wife and I up at the hospital for the test drive, so they new had, and I've purchaced quite a few cars in the past 25 years.
