Took my 2019 F150 in for servicing and for a recall issue. Brandon was very professional, knowledge and extremely helpful. I had my truck serviced and back in short order. John Navelli was amazing with financing ! He got me a rate as low as 1.8% !!! He gave me great advice that I will forever remember ! Had my car break down and had to trade for a new car. Bought a car oct. 20. The car is great. But I still do not have any paperwork (as of dec. 7) to get it registered, do not have the title, wa car. But I still do not have any paperwork (as of dec. 7) to get it registered, do not have the title, was also apparently lied to by finance, who told me what i paid included sales tax and other registration costs in my state. He said they would take care of tags and registration and mail it to me .. my state tells me this is not possible. (there was no reason to tell us this lie because we had already agreed to buy the car) So i got a nice car but was treated terribly I have the car in my driveway and cannot drive it because i cant get it tagged. Ive dealt with used car lots who did me better. More
