So far we have purchased 5-6 cars from these guys. Jackie in the finance department is awesome and Mike in the accessories department can help you customize to your hearts desire! He not only listened to me, he heard what I was saying and quickly ascertained my needs. John Navelli made the paperwork process quick and painless. I did not get the usual pressure to get all the "add on's". Once I made a decision he did not try to push anything on me. It all started while I was on the computer doing some research on the F-150 and before I got off the computer, within minutes, Amy called me and told me what they had available considering what I was looking for. Three other dealers sent me a reply but never called. Respect, courtesy and friendliness across the board.
