Took care of issues This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunr This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunroof. The first time we opened it, two of the rubber molding strips fell off. They had to order the parts and finally the sunroof works. They stood behind their work and took care of the issues. We also had some other minor work taken care of. My main complaint is that they never seem to have parts, they have to order the parts and for insurance warranty work, it seems to take a long time to get a reply from the insurance company. We have purchased two new vehicles from them and have all our maintenance done with Chalmers. Overall we are very pleased with them and their work. More

He did the research to find a vehicle that would meet our needs and gave us the info needed to search their website to find the vehicle we wanted. We let him know the vehicles we were interested in, made an appointment and drove our new vehicle home within a few hours. We live in Elephant Butte, NM so the fact that this transaction could be done in a few hours was a major plus in our book. But there were several people with which we interacted in this process that made it seamless. The insurance ladies, sorry I can't remember all your names, Jackie and Nora from finance made that part of the transaction go smoothly and the delivery was great under Mitchell's tutelage.
