Service Team at Don Chalmers (Starting with Kevin Storz) was on top of it (part was already on back order). They called as soon as it was in and had it fixed within 2 hours of my appointment, while I waited in lobby. I've always had the best experiences with the team there, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. More

I gave specific instructions not to hang my matching spare with the finished side down to prevent damage to the finish by the tire carrier. They did NOT follow my instructions and marred my rims finish which then required repair causing me an additional trip to retrieve my tire and wheel. They did not offer any reduction in my bill for my troubles and in fact became quite argumentative in accepting fault (Charles Holmes). Mind you I never left the facility before seeing what they had done! Upon my final inspection before leaving for home (1200+ miles) I find 3 very loose lug nuts and several more that were just under the correct torque which could've cause a major issue while pulling a trailer that distance. More

We went to Don Chalmers Ford looking for a new car that gets good gas mileage and is fun o drive. We look around the lot and decided on the car we wanted, a Ford Focus Hatchback with standard transmission. We got with John Fife and breezed through all the paperwork and we're off driving home in our new car. John and all the staff were great. We even saved money by going through Allstate Insurance compared to our insurance company. He stated that he will get back to me. Well, within a couple of days, he was able to approve the trade in. Edward worked AMAZING to show us the car and a test drive. Edward is a WONDERFUL gentleman and always treats me and my family with respect and care!!!! I will ALWAYS take my business to Don Chalmers Ford Dealership and let everyone know how AWESOME they are!!!! I also want to thank John Navelli, he is a very pleasant and friendly person that is always very patience in explaining the finance and always listens to your questions. I have a 2013 F250 platinum d I have loved Chalmers, heck years ago I worked there. The service department has made me lose faith in fords altogether. I have a 2013 F250 platinum diesel. They were amazing replacing the turbo and the valves and then they seemed to get upset each time I would drive in. The truck has had a regeneration issue for awhile and I have been told it's bad gas, needs an additive and that it's fine. I drive out to see my son prior to his deployment and 100 miles from ft hood my check engine light goes on. I drive straight to a ford dealership and call my service advisor. It's the egr valve. Shocker, same exhaust issue I have been saying needs to be addressed! They don't have the part so my already short trip is cut even shorter to break up the drive and not get stranded on the side of the road with two young girls. No call back from my advisor still to even apologize or acknowledge that it was actually an issue! The time I missed with my son is irreplaceable and this tuck will get its service at power ford from now on. I'm angry and disappointed! This expensive truck spent two weeks with them last month and should have been road worthy. More
