I called John on the phone, looked at their inventory on line, he gave me a price, and I said really, and he said with all the incentives that was the price. When I arrived he raised the price $3,000.00 and I said that wasn't the price he gave me on the phone. He went on to tell me that he looked at the wrong line and that he made a big mistake and just how sorry he was. Well that could happen. After I got home I started thinking about what happened, and then I remembered I called him 3or4 times about somethings I wanted to add to my truck and added the what the total would be. He didn't mention anything about the wrong price. If I would have thought about that at the time I would have walked out of there. My bad John Fife got me good, but never again. More

They happened to have the color I wanted, and it was the right price with low miles. I drove it, loved it, and we managed to get in and out of there in 2.5 hours! It was the best car buying experience I've had yet and everyone at the dealership was very friendly and explained everything when I had questions. Glenn is a fabulous guy and I highly recommend him to be your guide to buying a new car! More

This service was excellent The only problem is that at 30K miles the water pump went out. This in its self is understandable, what's not good is that apparently the pump had be The only problem is that at 30K miles the water pump went out. This in its self is understandable, what's not good is that apparently the pump had been leaking for a very long time and the cooling system was down 3 gallons. Since Don Chalmers has been servicing the truck since it was new, it makes me wonder why it was never observed in prior service visits. More

Most need training I don't know who oversees the service dept and don't care now. All I can say is 4 times I've dealt with service, I've left wondering if they have any training in how to deal effectively with a customers need. I live 10 miles from Chalmersford, but have driven twice to other dealers, once to Power and once to Rich ford because the service staff were clueless to my need. I took off a wiper arm into to prevent damaging it while applying a coating to my windshield. A little tiny set pin fell off my wiper arm into the engine compartment that held in place The arm. Ford does not have a part for this little item. I go into the service area and they tell me 90 bucks to find the little part that's in the cowel area. I say, since ford doesn't have a part listed, why does this little part fall off? The lady at the service desk says, "why did you take off the wiper arm?". What? Are you serious? What kind of dumb question was that?. I had to pay 19 bucks for a wiper arm instead of 30 cents for a little tiny metal pin that according to ford, doesn't exist. The point is, this service advisor offered no other solution to issue than taking the cowel off for 90 bucks labor. In two other instances, I fill out a service request on their website and no one contacted me. So, I go to another dealer.to get service in both instances. The last issue was today. I go in for service at quick lane. They say it will take an hour and a half. We write up the service. They tell me they'll call my name and if I'm not here, I'll go to the back of the line. I come back in one hour and 4 minutes and they tell me I was called, wasn't here and I'm in the back of the line again and another hour or more. We've bought cars there, my wife gets service there but I'm not going back to Chalmersford for any other need. Why have a website that asks for your info and not monitor the fact that people are wanting to give you money? More
